Curbside Eats is Chef Dana DeMont and his wife Janice. Dana grew up in Western Shore and spent more than 25 years cooking in local rooms like Oak Island Resort, the Lunenburg Arms, the Sea Fire and Shoreham before earning his Red Seal and trading the line for a truck.
Dana runs the kitchen, Janice runs the orders and finds the next stop. Same care they put on a restaurant plate, handed to you through the window.
No public menu to inflate, no invented specials, no shortcuts. Just a Red Seal chef and his family cooking honest food to order, and telling you straight where the truck will be.
